Facade Refurbishment Project of Ventura Building, Jl. R.A. Kartini, Jakarta, Architect by Zenin Adrian Design Lab. LIMAS has awarded as the Structural Designer for New Facade and Roof Design.

The Owner has their intention to refurbish the old style facade and roof to become a new look of the building. The refurbishment comprise of additional one floor at top roof to be utilized as an office area, therefore the existing structure needs to be checked, the plumbing system needs to be modified, and the elevator system needs to be moved up to the new top floor.

LIMAS has given the structural design analysis which covers the new additional structural steel frame which combined with the concrete floor slab.
